गावँ गावँ अस होइ अनंदू। देखि भानुकुल कैरव चंदू॥ जे कछु समाचार सुनि पावहिं। ते नृप रानिहि दोसु लगावहिं॥ १ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
gāvaṃ gāvaṃ asa hoi anandū। dekhi bhānukula kairava candū॥ je kachu samācāra suni pāvahīṃ। te nṛpa rānihi dosu lagāvahīṃ॥ 1 ॥
Meaning
Such joy spreads in village after village at the sight of the moon of the solar dynasty, Sri Rama. Whoever hears even a little of what has happened blames the king and queen.
