बहुरि कहउँ छबि जसि मन बसई। जनु मधु मदन मध्य रति लसई॥ उपमा बहुरि कहउँ जियँ जोही। जनु बुध बिधु बिच रोहिनि सोही॥ २ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
bahuri kahauṃ chabi jasi mana basaī। janu madhu madana madhya rati lasaī॥ upamā bahuri kahauṃ jiyaṃ johī। janu budha bidhu bica rohini sohī॥ 2 ॥
Meaning
Again I speak of the beauty as it dwells in my mind: it seems as if Rati is shining between spring and Kama. Then, searching in my heart, I find the simile: it seems as if Rohini is shining between Budha and the moon.
