अस बिचारि केहि देइअ दोसू। ब्यरथ काहि पर कीजिअ रोसू॥ तात बिचारु करहु मन माहीं। सोच जोगु दसरथु नृपु नाहीं॥ १ ॥
Transliteration (IAST)
asa bicāri kehi deia dosū। byaratha kāhi para kījia rosū॥ tāta bicāru karahu mana māhīṃ। socha jogu dasarathu nṛpu nāhīṃ॥ 1 ॥
Meaning
Reflecting thus, whom should one blame? And on whom should one uselessly be angry? O father, think in your heart. King Dasharatha is not worthy of grief.
