मंत्र जाप मम दृढ़ बिस्वासा। पंचम भजन सो बेद प्रकासा॥ छठ दम सील बिरति बहु करमा। निरत निरंतर सज्जन धरमा॥ १ ॥

Transliteration (IAST)

maṃtra jāp mama dṛḍha bisvāsā। pañcama bhajana so beda prakāsā॥ chaṭha dama sīla birati bahu karamā। nirata nirantara sajjana dharamā॥ 1 ॥

Meaning

The fifth devotion, proclaimed in the Vedas, is chanting My mantra and having firm faith in Me. The sixth is restraint of the senses, virtue, detachment from many actions, and constant engagement in the conduct of the virtuous.
